DoliCloud payments, once a paid plan and payment mode was selected, are made monthly by default. But you can request to pay yearly. For yearly payment, you will also receive a 10% discount.

 

 

 

 

 

 

* To request a yearly payment, you must send an email to support@dolicloud.com with the following message :

 

"I own an instance of Dolibarr ERP CRM on dolicloud with the following URL:  https://replacewithyoururl.with.dolicloud.com. I have checked that my country and my VAT number is correctly defined into my customer dashboard (https://myaccount.dolicloud.com), so, can you please send me the link to make a global payment for all the coming year."

 

You will receive an email to pay your subscription for one year (we will take into account your current number of not disabled user to define the amount). At any time, you are able to add more users, the extra charge for monthes done with more extra users will be invoiced at the end of year.

 

For people into european SEPA area, if you subscribe to the Premium offer, it is possible to ask us to make payment using a SEPA direct debit order.

 

WARNING: For yearly payments, the payment is done from France, so a VAT (20%) will be added on the invoice if you are in France or in Europe without Intracommunautary VAT number.

 

 

 

 

* To swith from a yearly payment to a monthly payment, first, check that your default payment mode is up to date on your customer dashboard. Then you must send an email to support@dolicloud.com with the following message :

 

I own an instance of Dolibarr ERP CRM on dolicloud with the following URL: https://replacewithyoururl.with.dolicloud.com, can you please change my billing frequency to one invoice per month. I have checked that my payment method for monthly payments is correctly filled.

 

For monthly payment, only payments using Credit or Debit card are possible.

 

 

 

 

Emails must be sent using the same sender email than the email used for your customer account.
