FAQ - Where can I find invoices for fees charged to me monthly by DoliCloud




DoliCloud service charges you monthly for usage of the platform. An invoice is automatically generated and can be downloaded. This page describes the process to read or download your invoices.



Download your invoices


First, you must login to your DoliCloud customer dashboard.

Note that your DoliCloud customer dashboard is not Dolibarr ERP/CRM, but an area where you will find information about your instance and invoicing. The URL to use to connect to your DoliCloud customer dashboard is the URL you used to fill your payment information, so:



- Your login is the email you used when you registered to the service.

- Your password is the password you used to register to the service (if you didn't reset it).

Login/Password of your DoliCloud customer dashboard differs from the login/password you use on your Dolibarr ERP/CRM instance. If you do not remember your password, you can ask to reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link.

Once you are logged in, you can view all the details about your instance.

From the top menu, click on the link "Invoices".


You should now be able to view all the invoices billed to you.

Clicking on an invoice will allow you to download the invoice.


Note: Invoices are in the PDF file format, so you need a PDF reader to view them.
