|FAQ - Where can I find invoices for fees DoliCloud charge to me monthly|
DoliCloud service charge you monthly for usage of platform. An invoice is automatically generated and can be downloaded. This page describe process to read or download your invoices.
Download your invoices
First, you must login to your customer DoliCloud dashboard.
Note that your DoliCloud customer dashboard is not Dolibarr ERP/CRM but an area where you will find information about your instance and invoicing. The URL to use to connect to your DoliCloud customer dashboard is the URL you used to fill your payment information, so:
- Your login is the email you used when you registered to the service.
- Your password is the password you used to register to the service (if you didn't reset it).
Login / Password of your DoliCloud customer dashboard differs from login/password you can use to use your Dolibarr ERP/CRM instance. If you loose your password, you can ask to reset it by clicking onto "You forgot your password" link.
Once you are logged, you see main information of your instance.
Onto top menu, click onto link "Invoices".
You should see all invoices we charged to you.
Clicking onto an invoice will launch its download.
Note: Invoices are PDF files, so you need a PDF reader software to read them.
