Terms of Service for the DoliDroid application

1. Introduction

DoliDroid is a client application designed to connect to an external Dolibarr ERP/CRM instance hosted by a third-party provider. It is provided for free and is developped as an Open Source software.
These Terms govern your use of the DoliDroid application itself. However, your use of the external Dolibarr instance is also subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the hosting provider of that instance ("Hosting Provider Terms").

2. Access to External Hosting

The DoliDroid application connects to an external Dolibarr instance hosted by a third-party provider. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your access to and use of the external Dolibarr instance are governed solely by the Hosting Provider Terms, privacy policies, and other rules established by the hosting provider.
• We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, or security of the external Dolibarr instance.
• You must comply with all applicable Hosting Provider Terms when using the external Dolibarr instance through the DoliDroid application.
• Any disputes or issues arising from your use of the external Dolibarr instance must be resolved directly with the hosting provider.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the DoliDroid application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when configuring the application to connect to an external Dolibarr instance.
• Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials for the external Dolibarr instance and not share them with unauthorized third parties.
